Elite2Serve focuses on person-centered employment and transition services that help individuals discover their strengths, develop workplace skills, build confidence, and achieve meaningful employment and community participation. We believe every individual deserves opportunities that lead to independence and success.

Do students need an OVR case to participate in Pre-ETS?

Not always. Students who are Potentially Eligible (PE) may receive certain Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) without opening a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) case.

Do you work with adults seeking employment or community-based services?

Yes. Elite2Serve supports both students and adults who are pursuing employment, workplace readiness, career exploration, community integration, and other transition-related goals. Services are based on individual eligibility and funding source requirements.

Who can make a referral?

Referrals may come from individuals seeking services, families, school districts, transition coordinators, OVR counselors, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, employers, community organizations, or self-referrals.

Can schools refer students directly?

Yes. Schools, transition coordinators, guidance counselors, and special education teams may contact Elite2Serve directly to discuss services, eligibility, and referral options.

Yes. Families, students, schools, employers, and community partners may contact Elite2Serve directly to discuss services, eligibility, and referral options.

What happens after a referral is submitted?

Our team will contact the individual or family, review eligibility requirements, discuss service options, determine eligibility, and identify the next steps.

Do services take place in the community?

Yes. Many services are delivered in real-world community settings to help individuals develop skills, gain experience, and work toward their employment and independence goals.

Can Elite2Serve provide group services?

Yes. We offer both individual and group-based employment and transition services, workshops, and workplace readiness training.

How can employers partner with Elite2Serve?

Employers can partner with us by offering workplace tours, informational interviews, job shadowing opportunities, internships, work-based learning experiences, and competitive employment opportunities.
