Our Career Discovery and Assessment process helps individuals explore their strengths, interests, and abilities to make informed career decisions and build a plan for a successful future.
What is MY Work ?
MY Work is a collaborative summer employment program led by Pennsylvania’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). Students are placed at local municipalities and nonprofit organizations for 4–8 week paid work experiences supervised by a trained worksite trainer.
Real Work Experience
Students gain hands-on work experience in community settings.
Skill Development
Build workplace skills, confidence, and career readiness.
Paid Participation
Students are paid for their time and effort while they learn.

Supporting local organizations while strengthening our communities.
Who is Eligible?
- Students ages 16–21
- Enrolled in OVR
- Have a disability
