Elite2Serve Community Transitional Services provides Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) for students with disabilities to explore careers, build workplace readiness skills, gain real-world experiences, and prepare for life after high school.
What is Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)?
Pre-ETS helps students with disabilities explore career opportunities, develop workplace skills, and achieve greater independence through engaging, hands-on experiences and supportive services.

- Available while students are still in school

Who Qualifies for Pre-ETS?
Pre-ETS may be available to students who:
- Are between the ages of 14 and 21
- Have a documented disability or disability-related support need
- Are enrolled in secondary, post-secondary, career, technical, or recognizededucational programs
- Are interested in preparing for employment, education, training, or independent living
Students may participate in Pre-ETS services while still attending school and before making decisions about future employment or educational goals.
